How to encourage AZ to use Photovoltaic panels for CLEAN energy

I am a nyophite! a babe in the woods. i have a dream! Make Metro PHX into a SOLAR FARM.

OK, i have no idea the effort that is going to take. Unless i can connect to a new dimension and have it materialize just because it is a good idea and i would like it to happen. Dream on.

OK, think, i need:

• to define the issue; understand the scale of what i want, the impact on people lives, the impact on utility company procedures and programs.
• educate myself:  – status of situation, people and organizations who already want the same thing and have been working hard on it for years. – review corporations commision website and the RENEWABLE ENERGY folder in particualar. – connect with ASU School on Sustainablitiy. –
